Challenge of the Day - Wednesday 9/22/2010

Complete the following exercises twice:
Frog Hops x 20 yards x 2 (down & back)
20 seconds rest
Vertical Jumps x 5
20 seconds rest
Running High Knees x 20 yards x 2
20 seconds rest
Alternating Lunge Jumps x 5 each leg
20 seconds rest
Sprints x 20 yards x 2
20 seconds rest
Power Pushups x 10
3 mins rest, then repeat!

Can we use these to replace strength workouts?

Yeah if you can't make a strength session, and you need an idea of what to do on your own, you can certainly piece together different COTD's to create your own strength workouts. Good question, Ryan.
