Complete the following exercises twice:
Frog Hops x 20 yards x 2 (down & back)
20 seconds rest
Vertical Jumps x 5
20 seconds rest
Running High Knees x 20 yards x 2
20 seconds rest
Alternating Lunge Jumps x 5 each leg
20 seconds rest
Sprints x 20 yards x 2
20 seconds rest
Power Pushups x 10
3 mins rest, then repeat!
