Eat Clean. More info for you on the Paleo Diet.
I've gotten a lot of questions recently regarding diet/nutrition at work and with friends.  People are unhappy with the hard work they're putting in their training when they aren't seeing any weight loss.  My challenge for you is to eat as clean as possible today.  Consider yourself a caveman (or cavewoman), and try to eat things that would only have been available to them.  That means fresh meats, fru
 its, veggies, leafy greens, nuts, etc. 
 Water is the only source of hydration...no soda, tea, kool-aid. 

I always tell people, look at the LIFE on your plate.  Do you have french fries, processed crap, sodium-drenched filth on your plate?  Where's the greens?  The lean protein?  The complex carbs?  Try to have a plate full of color and "life."
