September 14th - Challenge of the Day

Try to complete the following sequence of exercises twice in 10 minutes:

Crazy 8's
  • 60 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Spiderman Pushups
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 10 Spiderman Climbs
  • :45 sec Wall Sits
  • :60 sec Planks
  • 10 Burpees
  • 25 High Knees

Spiderman Pushups - now go and do 10.
