Try to complete the following sequence of exercises twice in 10 minutes:
Crazy 8's
- 60 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Spiderman Pushups
- 10 Walking Lunges
- 10 Spiderman Climbs
- :45 sec Wall Sits
- :60 sec Planks
- 10 Burpees
- 25 High Knees
