So, the next session of my Endorphin Fitness Challenge program starts tonight. This is a group exercise program I program, design, and teach to help people of all fitness levels reach their fitness goals. In this program you can choose between three tracks, depending on your overall goal: weight loss, strength training, or endurance training. This program has become very popular over the past 6 months, and we now have over 20 people participating in the Spring session.
I just want to thank those who signed up and those who decided to come back and do the Challenge again. We had a ton of fun and times will only get better as the weather gets nicer.
I will keep all updated throughout the next 12 weeks on the progress of the program and the participants who make it great!
